View Aqua comprises of just two blocks of apartments, one block is for renting out by the developer and one is for selling which means we have only 46 units available in this unique opportunity with some already sold. You also have a choice of 4 onsite bars/cafes - The Lobby Bar, The Salsa Bar, The Tango Pool Bar and of course The Beach Bar all serving cold drinks/beers and food/snacks which again you will receive a 50% discount off the bill.
You can have the benefits of an All Inclusive hotel but on a self catering basis, there is also a full animation team so the children can be taken care off all day while you soak up the glorious Egyptian sunshine or just relax by the one of the many swimming pools or private beach. There is a jetty which allows you to go out to the corals where you can snorkel or dive without having to go out on a boat, the facilities and activities are just too many to list.
There are several sizes available in studios and 1 bed apartments with either views to the rear or over the swimming pool these apartments are ideal for those with children or those looking for an investment who just want to rent it out. These developers have given great thought to the payment plans and with a bit of input from Rivermead Global Ltd we have finally arrived at the following payment options with good discounts for cash or larger deposits.
5% reservation fee, 10% on contract signing 1 month after reservation, 10% on delivery Jan 2021 and 75% paid interest free in quarterly payments until 1st Oct 2021
5% reservation fee, 25% on contract signing 1 month after reservation, 70% paid interest free in quarterly payments until 1st Oct 2021 (receive a 5% discount on the price using this plan)
5% reservation fee, 65% on contract signing 1 month after reservation, 30% paid interest free in quarterly payments until 1st Oct 2021 (receive a 10% discount on the price using this plan)
5% reservation fee, 95% on contract signing 1 month after reservation (receive a 15% discount on the price using this plan)

This is an annual charge which covers the upkeep and maintenance of the communal areas, pool, landscaping, lighting, security, the outside of the buildings and the corridors etc…
The maintenance fees are a one off payment which is just 8% of the property price, that is all the maintenance fees you need to pay and as this is paid before getting the keys it means everyone will have paid their maintenance and it avoids non payment. This is now being used on a lot of new developments ensuring the maintenance is always carried out and owners can’t avoid paying. Personally we think it is an excellent idea and one we hope all developers start doing. When you come to sell the property you add the 8% on so the next owner gets their maintenance fees paid and you claim the 8% back meaning you haven’t paid any maintenance fees.
Additional buying costs
Independent Solicitor – The one we recommend charges our clients £600 for all legal searches, contract review AND includes the Signature Validation, paid after reserving the property and before any contracts are signed. It also includes all government fees/official translator fees and covers the cost of the lawyer picking you up from your hotel/apartment and driving you to the various offices and back home again.
Connection to utilities – Due to price of this changing week on week it is difficult to give a set price however, it will not be more than a few hundred pounds.
Furniture – This will depend on what items you require but Rivermead Global have been furnishing properties in Hurghada since 2009 (clients include premiership footballers) so we have a lot of experience and knowledge. You are of course free to choose your furniture from anywhere, but we will be offering our clients some great deals and special offers when the time comes to furnish.
