Updated 9th Feb 2018 : These apartments are being built by a builder who normally builds in Cairo, he has 2 projects in Hurghada this one and another one by the Marina we are also marketing. We have met him personally and visited both projects, having initially discussed these in Oct when we were in Hurghada it has taken us until now to get everything we needed to bring them to the market properly. Our lawyer has been through the papers and they are 100% correct, so we are now able to launch them for sale, please have a read of the information below and watch the video first (it was taken early evening hence it looks a bit dark).
These apartments are being built in what has to be one of the most enviable locations along The Red Sea Coast in Hurghada, with breathtaking views over the crystal clear waters. This type of land is Premium land and like everywhere in the world, Premium land and views come at a cost, which you can see with the development next door to Ocean View Hurghada. - 10% reservation fee
- 30% on contract signing
- 60% paid interest free over 18 months
We can also offer a 5% discount for cash purchases
This is an annual charge which covers the upkeep and maintenance of the communal areas, and the interior extras like WiFi/CCTV/Security etc...
The fees are 6,000le per annum for each apartment
Additional buying costs
Independent Solicitor - The one we recommend charges our clients £500 for all legal searches, contract review AND includes the Signature Validation, paid after reserving the property and before any contracts are signed.
Connection to utilities - Due to price of this changing week on week it is difficult to give a set price however, it is currently around 3,000le, and will be similar in the future
Furniture - This will depend on what items you require and Rivermead Global have our own furniture company and have been furnishing properties in The Red Sea since 2009. You are of course free to choose your furniture from anywhere, but we will be offering our clients some great deals and special offers when the time comes to furnish.
This development being only 16 apartments is due completion end of Dec 2018, the developer tells us it will be sooner but we would rather give a longer date to be sure. During our recent visit in Dec 2017 we were very impressed with the speed he is building.
