Some of the things you need to think about when buying an overseas property



There are two options:



We can take away all the time-consuming, difficult bits of buying abroad.
We can act as middleman, introducer or however you want to play it.
Then the hardest bit for you will be choosing which overseas property to buy.

Due Diligence

All our overseas properties have had Due Diligence carried out before they’re advertised. e.g.  Permission to build, building license and land ownership are all confirmed. Some investment deals might be advertised before the final build licenses are confirmed, but this will be made very clear to clients.

Inspection Trip

Allow a minimum of 3 days.
You can organise your own trip abroad, or we’ll arrange it for you.
Either way, we’ll set up meetings, pickups and viewings, but you pay your own way so you’re completely independent of us.
If you come home and decide not to buy, you’ll feel under no obligation.
If you do buy, we’ll refund a percentage of your expenses, up to £150 per person and up to a maximum of £300 per purchase.

It’s important to have independent legal representation and advice when you’re buying property overseas. You might also want to organise a Power of Attorney, which means a solicitor is appointed to act on your behalf so you don’t have to fly out to sign papers.

Financial Advice
