Due Diligence

All our overseas properties have had Due Diligence carried out before they’re advertised. This means that they have had permission to build, and that building license and land ownership are all confirmed. Occasionally, investment deals might be advertised before the final build licenses are confirmed, but this will be made very clear to clients at the outset.

It’s important to have independent legal representation and advice when you’re buying property overseas, it is going to be the best money you spend.
