Our property inspection trips to Turkey are based on what you want to do and places you want to see. We make sure that you’re looked after every step of the way and won’t pressure you into buying.
What’s included in the package
For just £99 per person we include:
- Return flights from a UK airport
- Accommodation
- Transfers
- Completely individually tailored viewings.
The price covers a maximum of 2 people for 3-4 days and there is absolutely no obligation to buy. You can make a decision while you’re there or think about it when you’re at home- it’s completely up to you.
What you’ll do in Turkey
Our partners in Turkey will look after you once you’ve landed. All the Sales Staff speak English, so there will be no language barrier.
Here’s an example of what you might end up doing:
Day
- Meet with a Sales Representative
- Go through exactly what you’re looking for
- Go over property details in full
- Get taken around some properties in different areas of the region
- Talk to some of the residents in the properties
Night
It’s up to you what you do, whether:
- You explore the area by yourself
- You get taken out by some of the staff
Remember, this is a loose example of what you’ll be doing-you can stop if you want or you can view more properties. The decision is yours!
Case Study: Keith Wright

Making your arrangements to Turkey?
If you’ve already made arrangements to visit your chosen area, we can still make a viewing trip appointment for you with our offices. If you decide to do this, give us plenty of information before you travel and this will enable us to prepare a selection of properties for you to view. The more information you provide, the better prepared we can be for your visit. However, in our experience a comprehensive, personalised viewing trip will invariably prove to be more beneficial to yourself.

i am thinking that i would like to move to turkey. as i have not been happy since i came back 2 u.k. 2 years ago . but as i am disabled i hoped it would be posible to extend a trip to a week. i am looking for a property on a level as i have dificuty with stairs & steep slopesis it posible u calet me know of some price range for this type of bungerlow property thanks , JOHN

We will be driving to Turkey next month so cannot avail ourselves of the generous inspection trip offer. Nevertheless we would like to see your development and wonder what kind of incentive you will offfer us as an alternative to the inspection trip.
We are serious buyers who fully intend purchasing this summer but we would not consider leaving a deposit with anyone under any circumstances.
Hi Graham, if you are making your own way to Turkey we would gladly offer you a few nights free accommodation while you view a selection of properties then £500 refund/cash-back if you did proceed to buy. The reason we have had to introduce the £2,000 deposit is because we have had a lot of people arrange trips and due to the only commitment being £49 they either cancelled or didn’t turn up for the flights. We want to be able to offer this fantastic opportunity to view before buying but have needed to protect ourselves as well. We don’t touch the £2,000 it is paid direct to the builder who holds it on account, if a property is found this money can be used as a deposit if no property is found the FULL amount is refunded, with no arguments.
