If you’ve ever been on a property inspection trip, you might have found that you were:

Our property inspection trips to Italy are based on what you want to do and places you want to see.  We make sure that you’re looked after every step of the way and won’t pressure you into buying.

What’s included in the package

For just £199 per person we include:

• Return flights from the UK
  
• Accommodation
• Transfers
• All Meals and Drinks paid for if you choose to go out with the agent in the evening. No obligation.

The trips are for a maximum of 2 people for 3 days and there is absolutely no obligation to buy.  You can make a decision while you’re there or think about it when you’re at home- it’s completely up to you.

What you’ll do in Italy

Our partners, Italy Rediscovered will look after you once you’ve landed.  The Sales Staff speak English, so there will be no language barrier.

Here’s an example of what you might end up doing:

Day

• Meet with a Sales Representative
• Go through exactly what you’re looking for
• Go over property details in full
• Get taken around some properties in different areas of the region
• Talk to some of the residents in the properties

Night

It’s up to you what you do, whether:

• You explore the area by yourself
• You get taken out by some of the Italy Rediscovered staff

Remember, this is a loose example of what you’ll be doing-you can stop if you want or you can view more properties.  The decision is yours!

Making your own arrangements to Italy?

If you’ve already made arrangements to visit your chosen area, we can still make a viewing trip appointment for you with our offices. If you decide to do this, give us plenty of information before you travel and this will enable us to prepare a selection of properties for you to view. The more information you provide, the better prepared we can be for your visit. However, in our experience a comprehensive, personalised viewing trip will invariably prove to be more beneficial to yourself.
