The Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP) 2010 Awards were presented live at the A Place in the Sun exhibition in Earl’s Court, London on Friday 26th March, 2010.

In front of hundreds of fellow industry professionals and members of the public, Rivermead Global Property was honoured with the highly prestigious ‘Most Outstanding Example of Customer Service’ award.  This was given in recognition of their significantly important work in Egypt over the last twelve months, where they have tried to get homes back for hundreds of clients (the majority of whom were not originally their own).

The AIPP is the professional body that sets standards and regulations in the international property industry.  Their ethos is primarily centred on promoting professionalism and establishing confidence in consumers, which is why this particular award’s recognition of excellence in customer service makes it one of the most coveted titles of the ceremony.
